STORE POLICY

Return and Refund Policy
At Cocomo Confections, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 24 hours for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition. We will not give a refund or exchange if no product is returned to us.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. A cancellation fee may apply for custom orders canceled after this period.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery within Bowling Green, KY, and shipping options nationwide. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. In case of delays, please contact us. Orders to be placed one week from desired shipment date to be guaranteed. Call us to see if we can prepare and ship sooner.

Pickup Policy
Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected at the specified time. If you need to change your pickup time, please let us know in advance.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and cash for in-store purchases. Your payment information is securely processed and encrypted.

Allergen Information
Our products may contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. While we take steps to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Please note, that although we do offer some sugar free options, we do not offer dairy-free or gluten-free substitute options.

Custom Orders
For custom cakes and chocolate assortments, please place your order at least on week in advance. Customization options and pricing will be discussed during the consultation.
